In Latin, "labor" meant toil, suffering, and hardship—terms closely linked to enslavement. The Greek "ergon" also meant labor but often implied effort under obligation.
In many early civilizations, the concept of work was inseparable from forced service, making it clear why, unknowingly, many instinctively resist it.
The aversion to work is not laziness; it is the subconscious rejection of a history where labor was stolen, not chosen.
33i—Work should never be a burden owed, nor a force imposed. True work is mastery, self-expression & creation. No one should labor under the illusion of debt. The only injustice is when success is built on the backs of the trapped or stolen by the undeserving.
After decades of careful observation, I have reached a clear, evidence-backed conclusion: Any attempt to create solutions while excluding a restored and fully realized marginalized population—the original architects of civilization—is a commitment to stagnation. Leadership and creativity will remain trapped in repetition, yet transformation will still be expected. This contradiction is both unsustainable and unrealistic.
