Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cancellation by Participant: If you cancel your registration for a program:

    • More than 14 days before the program start date: You will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of [insert fee amount].

    • 7 to 14 days before the program start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the program fee.

    • Less than 7 days before the program start date: No refunds will be issued.
